Penny has over 30 years’ experience as an HR and OD Executive in dynamic organisations in the retail, manufacturing and latterly not for profit social housing sector. Passionate about helping organisations and individuals realise their potential, much of her work is about change, enabling leaders to respond to challenge and ambiguity in new ways.

An EMCC accredited and ILM 7 Executive and Leadership Coach, Penny has a strong record of collaborating with Executive teams and leaders. Penny now coaches one to one and with groups, continually developing her practice and is a Governor and Network Coordinator for EMCC UK, a professional coaching body.

Penny believes in the power of taking time to pause and reflect to do our best thinking. With a non-directive style Penny encourages you to dig deep and explore areas at the edge of your comfort zone and focus on practicing new behaviours to achieve desired outcomes. Aware of the immense challenges in organisations Penny offers space to focus on resilience practices to help you enjoy work and thrive!
