An accomplished internal communication, engagement and cultural change expert, with over 20 years' experience of working in partnership with some of the most complex and multi-disciplined global businesses including BNFL, BAE Systems and Bentley Motors.

Sarah is highly skilled in connecting business strategy and objectives with people and the way they work, to engage and empower employees to deliver commercial success. She has a strong aptitude for leading and managing communications across diverse, multicultural businesses to deliver a common goal and company vision.

Operating as a trusted advisor, coach, mentor, and facilitator, Sarah has experience in working with both regulated and non-regulated industries. She has provided senior counsel and support at individual, team, and organisational levels across the Recruitment, Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Energy, Health, and Not for Profit sectors, including AXA, Fircroft Engineering Ltd and the UK Health Security Agency.

Sarah’s approach to coaching is individual, pragmatic, empathetic and results orientated. She has worked closely with Board Members, Senior Executives, leaders, and managers to help them strengthen and take ownership of their individual style. Sarah helps people develop a deeper understanding of their own behaviour and actions, how others may perceive them and the potential impact and result this may have. Her passion is to support individuals, teams and businesses achieve a higher level of performance.

Sarah is a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Communication; Certified Myers Briggs practitioner; Accredited Change Management practitioner and Certified Hogan practitioner.
