World Class Manager Curriculum
The WCM curriculum is the complete manager’s journey. It is results focused and is a great foundation for new and aspiring managers and an excellent refresher and skills enhancer for existing managers.
The 24-module curriculum is structured into two series (each of 12 modules) and is focused on the critical skills managers need to get the best out of themselves and the best out of their people.
Series 1 builds core critical skills including: what it means to be a great manager, goal setting, time management, communication and managing meetings. Series 2 develops the manager’s skillset with modules focused on further critical topics such as: delegation, feedback skills, difficult conversations, people engagement and managing change .
With its ‘easy to implement, easy to learn’ philosophy, the format of bite-size video, workbook and assessment with CPD accreditation allows managers to learn quickly, flexibly, and to rapidly action their learnings.
The learner journey can also be structured in a timeframe to suit your people – an immediate release of the full curriculum, or a structured journey where modules can be released over a 3 to 24 month period. And with its options to include blended or coach supported sessions, as well as your own internal workshops, it can become a core component of your leadership development strategy and establish a consistent approach to world class management in your organisation.
