Every reply is grounded in the method and real manager insight, it has a defined coaching character, and it gently steers conversations back when they drift away from management and leadership.
What can I do in each of the four rooms?
Your Challenges is where you think through what's on your plate. Your Stakeholders is the Rehearsal Room, where your coach plays the other person so you can practise a difficult conversation and get feedback. Your Career draws a map of where you could go next and turns it into three concrete moves. Your Self is a ten-question conversation that builds your manager profile. I'm already a World Class Manager member. Do I need to buy it?
No. The Coach is included in every World Class Manager plan. Log in to your courses to open it.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT, so what you see is what you pay. If you're buying for a VAT-registered company, your invoice shows the VAT separately so you can reclaim it.
How does buying for my team work?
Choose the number of managers, pay by card and add your company's VAT number at checkout. You'll then add your managers' email addresses, and each of them receives a personal link that takes them straight in. Every seat lasts 12 months, and you can resend invitations or reassign a seat if someone leaves. For 50 or more managers, request a costed proposal instead.
Who can see my conversations?
Only you. If your organisation buys your seat, they can see that you've activated it, but never what you discuss, your profile or your Action Plan. Your Action Plan is saved in your own browser.
Is there a limit on how much I can use it?
The Coach is designed for generous personal use, and a fair usage policy protects the service for everyone. Most people will never come close to it. Access is personal to you and can't be shared.
What happens when my access ends?
We'll email you before your access ends, with simple options to renew or move to 12 months. Nothing renews automatically, so you'll never be charged without choosing to.
Can I get a refund?
Because you get access straight away, at checkout you'll be asked to confirm that you want to start immediately. If something isn't right, email manager@the-ggi.com and we'll help.
How much work is this for our IT team?
Very little. The Coach runs in the browser on mobile and desktop, so there's nothing to install and no software project on your side. Your IT and information security teams are welcome to review the architecture with us, and the security explainer on this page is a good place to start.
Where does our information live?
For organisations, each Coach runs in its own isolated service, fully separate from every other client. The method and your organisation's insight are held as encrypted secrets, injected at runtime and never written into the front end. Where we hold your data, we produce a formal Data Protection document setting out exactly what is held and how it's protected.
