We have kept the architecture deliberately simple to explain and rigorous to operate. There are three layers, and the most sensitive one is locked down by design.
A frontier model from Anthropic
The Coach is powered by Anthropic, one of the world's leading AI safety companies. We chose Anthropic deliberately. Their models are at the frontier of capability and, just as importantly, are built with safety and responsible behaviour at the core.
A secure, encrypted context layer
This is where the World Class Manager method and your insight live. It is held inside our secure service and stored as encrypted secrets, so the intelligence that makes the Coach valuable is hidden and protected, not exposed in the app, the browser, or anywhere a user could reach it.
A clean, branded interface
What your managers see is a calm, focused coaching experience, optionally carrying your branding and language options. Nothing about how it works behind the scenes is ever on display.
For the more technical reader: each deployment runs in its own isolated service, fully separate from every other client. Credentials and grounding content are never written into the front end. They are injected as encrypted secrets at runtime, so the valuable context layer stays confidential even from the people using the tool every day.
Privacy is not an afterthought, it is the starting point
When we use an organisation's own data to make the Coach smarter, we treat that data with real care. Anonymisation is a multi step process, and we produce a formal Data Protection document for every organisation whose data we hold.
Collect with consent and purpose
We only work with data you are entitled to share, gathered for a clear, agreed purpose and nothing more.
Strip identifying detail
Names, contact details and anything that could identify an individual are removed through a structured, repeatable process, not by hand and not by guesswork.
Generalise and aggregate
Specifics that could single someone out are generalised, and insight is drawn at the level of themes and patterns rather than individual people.
Review and verify
The anonymised material is checked before it is ever used, so what reaches the Coach is genuinely de-identified.
Document it formally
