01 · THE COACH
An always available thinking partner

A coach that already knows what great management looks like.

The World Class Manager Coach is an always available thinking partner for your managers. A manager can describe a real situation, a difficult conversation, an underperforming team member, a tricky stakeholder, a wellbeing concern, and get clear, practical guidance in seconds.

What makes it different is what sits behind it. The Coach is built on the World Class Manager programme and the experience of hundreds of thousands of managers. It does not offer generic advice. It coaches in the language, the tools and the best practice your managers are already learning, so the conversation and the classroom point in exactly the same direction.

For HR, L&D and leadership teams, that means one thing: every answer your managers receive is an answer you would stand behind.

I have a one to one tomorrow with someone whose performance has slipped. I am dreading it. How should I approach it?
That is one of the hardest parts of managing, and it is good that you are preparing. Quick question first: is this a sudden change, or has it built up over time?
It has built up over the last couple of months.
Then let us keep it supportive and specific. Open with what you have noticed, not how you feel about it, and use real examples. Ask what is getting in the way before you offer solutions, then agree one or two clear next steps together.Tool: Care and Challenge conversation

The Rehearsal Room.

Advice is one thing. Practice is another. In the Rehearsal Room, the Coach steps into character and plays the other person, so your managers can rehearse the difficult conversation before it happens for real, then get honest feedback on how it went.

Step one

Set the scene

The manager describes the conversation they are facing and who it is with. The Coach takes it from there.

Step two

The Coach plays the other person

Realistic, in character and unscripted. The manager practises live, with the pushback and emotion they will actually face.

Step three

Step out, get feedback

When the rehearsal ends, the Coach steps out of character and gives honest, specific feedback grounded in the method.

The Coach, playing AlexYou wanted to catch up? I have got a lot on today, is it quick?
I will keep it focused. I wanted to talk about the last two deadlines. I have noticed they slipped, and I want to understand what is getting in the way.
The Coach, playing AlexHonestly? The briefs keep changing halfway through. It is hard to hit a deadline that keeps moving.
That is fair, and I want to fix that with you. Can we agree what a locked brief looks like, and a check in on Thursdays so nothing drifts?

The Growth Studio.

Solving today's problems keeps the wheels on. Growth is what moves an organisation forward. The Growth Studio is a dedicated space where the Coach helps every manager step back from the firefighting and turn their attention to what genuinely creates value, then commit to it. It is built bespoke around your organisation's own challenge, and it is optimised for one thing: to drive real growth and impact.

Focus one

The organisation

Sell more, serve more, deliver more impact. The Coach helps managers find the moves that advance your mission, whatever your organisation is here to do.

Focus two

Their team

Capability, output and reach. Where can this manager raise the ceiling for the people they lead, and turn a good team into a stronger one?

Focus three

The manager

Their own growth as a leader. The Coach surfaces where to stretch next and helps build a clear, personal plan to get there.

Bespoke to your challenge. Built for any organisation.

There is no single, generic version of growth. What moves a bank forward is not what moves a hospital, a charity or a government department. That is why the Growth Studio is shaped around your organisation specifically, its mission, its pressures and the outcomes that matter to you, so that every conversation points at the growth and impact you are actually trying to create.

04 · THE DIFFERENCE
Purpose built, not general purpose

Why this is not just another AI chat tool.

Most organisations already have access to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. They are remarkable tools. But a general assistant gives general answers, the same advice it would give anyone, with no understanding of how your organisation expects its managers to lead. The World Class Manager Coach starts from a completely different place. It is purpose built for one job: helping managers manage well, the World Class Manager way.

A general AI assistant

Helpful, but generic

  • Answers from the open internet, with no view of your method or culture
  • A blank box that will discuss anything, in any tone
  • No memory of what good looks like for your managers
  • Pulls managers away from the development they are investing in
The World Class Manager Coach

Focused, and on your side

  • Grounded in the World Class Manager method and real manager insight
  • A defined coaching character: supportive, practical, honest, never a free for all chatbot
  • Can learn what good looks like inside your organisation specifically
  • Reinforces the programme, so every interaction builds capability
05 · THE ARCHITECTURE
Simple to explain, rigorous to operate

How it is built, and why you can trust it.

We have kept the architecture deliberately simple to explain and rigorous to operate. There are three layers, and the most sensitive one is locked down by design.

The experience layer
A clean, branded coaching interface. The only thing your managers ever see.
SEALED ZONE
The encrypted context layer
The World Class Manager method and your organisation's insight, held as encrypted secrets. Locked away, never exposed to the outside.
The reasoning engine
A frontier model from Anthropic, chosen for capability and safety.
The brain

A frontier model from Anthropic

The Coach is powered by Anthropic, one of the world's leading AI safety companies. We chose Anthropic deliberately. Their models are at the frontier of capability and, just as importantly, are built with safety and responsible behaviour at the core.

The knowledge

A secure, encrypted context layer

This is where the World Class Manager method and your insight live. It is held inside our secure service and stored as encrypted secrets, so the intelligence that makes the Coach valuable is hidden and protected, not exposed in the app, the browser, or anywhere a user could reach it.

The experience

A clean, branded interface

What your managers see is a calm, focused coaching experience, optionally carrying your branding and language options. Nothing about how it works behind the scenes is ever on display.

For the more technical reader: each deployment runs in its own isolated service, fully separate from every other client. Credentials and grounding content are never written into the front end. They are injected as encrypted secrets at runtime, so the valuable context layer stays confidential even from the people using the tool every day.
06 · DATA & PRIVACY
A formal, documented process

Privacy is not an afterthought, it is the starting point.

When we use an organisation's own data to make the Coach smarter, we treat that data with real care. Anonymisation is a multi step process, and we produce a formal Data Protection document for every organisation whose data we hold.

1

Collect with consent and purpose

We only work with data you are entitled to share, gathered for a clear, agreed purpose and nothing more.

2

Strip identifying detail

Names, contact details and anything that could identify an individual are removed through a structured, repeatable process, not by hand and not by guesswork.

3

Generalise and aggregate

Specifics that could single someone out are generalised, and insight is drawn at the level of themes and patterns rather than individual people.

4

Review and verify

The anonymised material is checked before it is ever used, so what reaches the Coach is genuinely de-identified.

5

Document it formally

We produce a Data Protection document that sets out exactly what was done, what is held, and how it is protected, so your privacy and compliance teams have a clear record they can stand behind.

07 · TWO KINDS OF INTELLIGENCE
Global as standard, local when you want it

Global insight, and your own insight when you want it.

The Coach draws on two kinds of intelligence. Global insight is always available. Local insight is yours to switch on, and it is where the experience becomes genuinely tailored to your organisation.

Always on

Global insight

The accumulated experience of managers worldwide, shaped by the World Class Manager method. This is the broad, proven foundation every manager benefits from on day one.

  • Patterns from managers across 50+ countries
  • The full World Class Manager toolkit
  • What consistently works, and what does not
Optional, tailored to you

Local insight

When you have existing data, the Coach can be trained to understand your organisation specifically: your context, your challenges, the way good management shows up in your culture.

  • Employee engagement and staff survey results
  • Existing quantitative and qualitative feedback
  • Interviews with your highest performing managers, building a fresh insight bank
If the data already exists, we anonymise and use it. If it does not, we can create it, sitting down with your best managers and capturing what makes them effective, then turning that into an insight bank only your Coach can draw on. The result is a coach that sounds like it understands your world, because it does.

Coaching used to be reserved for the executive few. Now every manager gets one.

World class guidance is no longer a privilege of seniority. It is available to every manager you have, in every moment that matters, at a fraction of the cost of a single coaching engagement.

08 · GUARDRAILS
Anchored, not improvised

Built on World Class Manager, with real guardrails.

The Coach is not a clever assistant that happens to talk about management. It is built on the foundation of the World Class Manager programme: the deep knowledge of all 24 modules, and every tool and point of best practice within the system. That foundation is what keeps its advice accurate and well intentioned.

It stays in its lane

The Coach is designed for management and leadership conversations. It is not a general purpose chatbot, and it will gently steer people back when a conversation drifts away from what it is for. This keeps it useful and keeps it safe.

It has a character, on purpose

We have given the Coach a consistent personality and sentiment: supportive, practical, honest and grounded in good intent. It coaches the way a great World Class Manager mentor would, rather than reflecting whatever tone happens to land in the box.

Its advice is anchored, not invented

Because it draws on a curated method and real manager insight rather than the open internet, its guidance is consistent with what your managers are learning, and consistent every time they return.

09 · THE SYSTEM
Never meant to stand alone

Designed to work in tandem with the programme.

The Coach was never meant to stand alone. We designed it as one of three things working together. Get the best from the programme, the best from the Coach and the best from the team, and the three reinforce each other in a way none of them could on their own.

Programme Learn the method The Coach Apply and reflect The Team Lead the day job Your Manager growing every day
The Programme

Learn the method

Builds the foundation. Managers learn the method, the language and the tools across the World Class Manager modules.

The Coach

Apply and reflect

Turns learning into action. In the moment of need, it helps managers apply the method to the real situation in front of them.

The Team

Lead the day job

Where it all lands. Better managers lead better teams, and the results feed back into how the whole organisation grows.

The programme teaches it. The Coach applies it. The team feels it. Your manager, growing every day.

10 · GETTING STARTED
Ready out of the box

Live in days, not months.

The Coach arrives pre-built. There is no software project on your side, no configuration burden and nothing for your managers to learn beyond how to type a message.

Step one

See it in action

A thirty minute walkthrough with a senior member of the team, using real scenarios your managers face.

Step two

Shape your Coach

We agree languages, optional branding and whether to switch on local insight from your organisation's own data.

Step three

Your own secure deployment

Your Coach runs in its own isolated service, fully separate from every other client, with the context layer sealed and encrypted.

Step four

Introduce it to your managers

Managers simply open it and start. We support the launch, and the Coach reinforces the programme from the first conversation.

Every deployment is its own isolated service. Nothing shared, nothing exposed, nothing for your IT team to lose sleep over.

Questions buyers ask us

The questions your team will ask.

Straight answers to the things HR, L&D, privacy and IT teams raise first.

Is this just ChatGPT with a different logo?
No. A general assistant answers from the open internet and will discuss anything, in any tone. The Coach is purpose built for one job: helping managers manage well, the World Class Manager way. Every reply is grounded in the 24 modules of the method and real manager insight, it has a defined coaching character, and it gently steers conversations back when they drift from management and leadership.
Where does our information live, and who can see it?
Each organisation's Coach runs in its own isolated service, fully separate from every other client. The method and your organisation's insight are held as encrypted secrets, injected at runtime and never written into the front end, so they are not exposed in the app, the browser, or anywhere a user could reach. Where we hold your data, we produce a formal Data Protection document setting out exactly what is held and how it is protected.
How much work is this for our IT team?
Very little. The Coach arrives pre-built and runs as its own service, so there is no software project on your side and nothing to configure before managers can start. It works on mobile and desktop from day one. Your IT and information security teams are welcome to review the architecture with us, and we will walk them through the sealed context layer and the Data Protection documentation.
Will its advice conflict with our management programme?
The opposite. The Coach is built on the World Class Manager method itself, so the conversation and the classroom point in exactly the same direction. It coaches in the language and the tools your managers are already learning, which means every interaction reinforces the programme rather than competing with it. Its guidance is anchored in a curated method, so it is consistent every time a manager returns.
Do our managers need training to use it?
No. If a manager can send a message, they can use the Coach. They describe a real situation in their own words, the Coach asks the right question, and together they work it through to a clear plan. A smart summary email then arrives in their chosen language, ready to act on.
Which languages does it support?
Seven languages from day one: English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Mongolian and Mandarin Chinese, including full right to left support for Arabic. Email summaries are delivered in the same language the manager coaches in.
Can it carry our branding and reflect our organisation?
Yes. The interface can optionally carry your branding, and the Coach can be trained on your organisation's own anonymised insight: engagement surveys, existing feedback, or interviews we conduct with your highest performing managers. The result is a coach that sounds like it understands your world, because it does.
What does it cost?
Pricing is shaped around the size of your organisation and whether local insight is switched on, and it is designed to be accessible at scale: a fraction of the cost of traditional one to one coaching, extended to every manager rather than a select few. Book a thirty minute demo and we will walk you through it with numbers specific to your organisation.
A robust, well considered tool

See the Coach in action.

The World Class Manager Coach brings together a frontier AI model, a secure and private architecture, and the depth of the World Class Manager method into something your managers will actually use, and that your privacy, L&D and leadership teams can confidently stand behind.

We would be glad to walk you through it, show you the Coach live, and explore what local insight could look like for your organisation.
